CROSSFIT CLASSES
In our group classes, you'll train using CrossFit methodologies designed to build a well-rounded foundation of fitness and health. Each element plays a critical role in your development:
• Diet: The cornerstone of fitness, providing the molecular foundation for optimal health and performance.
• Metabolic Conditioning: Enhances endurance and energy capacity across three metabolic pathways, starting with aerobic, followed by lactic acid, and finally phosphocreatine systems.
• Gymnastics: Focuses on body control and flexibility, improving functional range of motion.
• Weightlifting and Throwing: Develops power and the ability to manage external loads effectively.
• Sport: Brings it all together in a competitive setting, using varied movements and skill mastery to challenge your fitness.
Our youth programs are designed to meet the needs of all ages and abilities, providing a supportive and engaging environment for young athletes to thrive:
• Kids Class (Ages 4-7): A 30-minute, high-energy class focused on developing age-appropriate coordination, motor skills, and social skills in a safe and fun setting.
• Pre-Teens Class (Ages 8-12): A less intense version of the Teens program, perfect for student athletes during or off-season. This class addresses all 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.
• Teens Class (Ages 13-18): A program similar to adult CrossFit classes, incorporating barbells and advanced movements with loads tailored to the individual’s developmental and skill level. Young athletes learn proper technique and benefit from varied workouts that help prevent overuse injuries common in year-round sports and traditional training routines.
CrossFit 1075 helps student athletes improve speed, coordination, strength, and endurance through these thoughtfully crafted training programs.
In our Olympic lifting program, you'll train using proven methodologies designed to enhance strength, power, and technical proficiency. Each element plays a critical role in developing explosive athletic performance:
• Technique & Mechanics: Master the fundamentals of the snatch and clean & jerk, focusing on precision, speed, and efficiency.
• Strength Development: Build raw power and stability through squats, pulls, and pressing movements essential for Olympic lifts.
• Speed & Explosiveness: Improve bar speed, reaction time, and force production to maximize lift efficiency.
• Mobility & Flexibility: Increase range of motion in key areas like shoulders, hips, and ankles for safer, more effective lifts.
• Mental Focus & Competition Readiness: Train with intent, refining consistency and confidence whether lifting recreationally or preparing for competition.
Olympic lifting is about more than just moving weight—it’s about mastering movement, developing full-body power, and pushing your limits. Whether you're new to the sport or looking to refine your lifts, this program will take your performance to the next level!
Our MASTERS class is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of individuals aged 65 and older, promoting health, vitality, and independence. The program focuses on:
• Heart Health: Enhance cardiovascular strength and endurance.
• Functional Strength: Build the strength needed for everyday activities.
• Balance and Coordination: Improve stability and movement control.
• Mobility: Increase range of motion for better overall function.
In a supportive group setting, this class also fosters social connections, creating a sense of community while helping you achieve your fitness goals. Prior to starting, participants complete a one-on-one On-Ramp program to assess their health and fitness, receive personalized training, and learn foundational techniques.
The ultimate goal? Better overall health, successful aging, and the ability to live independently for longer. Join us to take the next step toward your healthiest, happiest self!
Testimonials
"Dropped in while in town and it was awesome. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. Great box to drop in at and I’ll be back anytime I’m in town."

"I’m taking the CrossFit Lite class. I’m 61 and would have been intimidated by CrossFit before this. I love the class and I love Sheila’s coaching/teaching style. She has a great balance of pushing without pushing us past our skill level. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to break into the CrossFit training method."
Julie K.
"I have really enjoyed the change up in routine.....and everyone is willing to accept my lack of skills at this point."
