TAKING IT BACK TO THE BASICS
Perfect for anyone new to fitness or wanting to brush up on the basics! In these one-on-one sessions we teach you proper form and technique along with an introduction to CrossFit and it’s training methodologies, nutrition, recovery and so much more.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In 3 one hour sessions, your coach will demonstrate and teach the fundamental movements we use in CrossFit, including modifications and scales to get you moving safely. Includes a fitness evaluation, goal discussion, and personalized plan for starting your fitness journey. Anyone new to CrossFit is required to complete fundamentals within their first month of membership.
