Youth Program (Ages 4-18)

Our Youth programs fit the needs of all ages and abilities.

Kids class is an 30 minute, high energy class for ages 4-7. Focused on developing age appropriate coordination, motor and social skills in a safe & fun environment.

Pre-teens class is for ages 8-12 and is a less intense version of Teens; excellent for student athletes either during or off-season that addresses all 10 of the general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.

Teens is for ages 13-18 and Iooks very similar to an adult CrossFit class; incorporating barbells, advanced movements and load appropriate for an individual’s developmental and skill level. We teach our young athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your child is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.

CrossFit 1075 can help any student athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance through our training programs.


Your child can explore & experience the empowering world of yoga. Research shows that yoga can boost confidence, build awareness, improve balance, reduce anxiety/stress, and so much more. This 45-minute class utilizes foundational yoga postures, breathing techniques, demos, improvisation, and an opportunity for imaginative play.


What to Expect

This program is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of each child differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. The Youth Program is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.
